Guests are invited to step into a garden-inspired rooftop escape, where vibrant blooms and seasonal flair set the scene for long lunches, sunset cocktails and celebratory moments above the city skyline.
Framed by the lush greenery of the Terrace with its unmatched panoramic views across the Brisbane River, the Perrier-Jouët Flower Market invites guests into a rooftop reimagined. Think a vibrant urban oasis layered with blooms, Champagne and style, where the atmosphere feels part tropical garden, part luxe hideaway, the perfect backdrop to escape the everyday.
Across the season, the collaboration is complemented by a selection of exclusive offerings including Spring-inspired cocktails and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne, available by the glass ($20) or bottle ($135), with a daily Champagne hour from 4 to 5pm offering bottles at $100.
A new food and champagne pairing on offer features one dish and a glass of Perrier-Jouët available all day for $30. Dishes include the Spring Garden with young vegetables, carrot hummus and falafel crumb soil, Stuffed Zucchini Flowers with Asian-style pork and beef filling, beetroot, pea and pumpkin purée, and Mooloolaba King Prawn Sliders with wasabi mayo, tobiko and lemon.
Seasonal cocktails, each inspired by florals and botanicals include the Spring Apothecary, layered with pandan, pineapple and orange blossom; the Morning Dew Fizz, a bright blend of green tea, cacao and yuzu soda; the Bloom & Doom, rich with passionfruit, apricot and violet; and the Crimson Petal, a striking rosella and lime creation.
You can even take home a bunch of blooms like a real flower market!
Live DJ sets each Friday and Saturday night carry the rooftop seamlessly from golden hour into the evening, creating the soundtrack to Brisbane’s most stylish Spring nights.
