Unforgiven is a dim lit subterranean Paddington cocktail bar of old world elegance that is the dark secret sibling of upstairs bar and eatery Darling and Co.

Sheer black curtains obscure Unforgiven from the street and an inconspicuous sign is the only clue that something intriguing lies behind the sturdy wooden doors.

Inside the classy gentleman's style lounge features seating of careworn leather, mirrors and black curved armchairs, making the perfect place for a special function, party or occasion.

A killer list of classic cocktails with a twist, of exotica include The Astoria Fizz (tanqueray, citrus, pinepple and roasted coriander), The Swing Vote (Old-Fashioned) -bulleit bourbon, ,Johnnie Walker double black, cherry juice and tamarind, cassia bark and beetroot syrup, supplemented by a list of Australian Classics (based on Aust spirits) including Negroni, Old Fashioned and Southside.

Unforgiven also offers an impressive range of standard and top shelf spirits, with an emphasis on Australian boutique batches. There's also a decent array of craft beers and curated list of wines sourced from leading wine regions.

And in keeping with the atmospheric mood at Unforgiven, the music comes from a vinyl jukebox.
