Brisbane Festival 2026 at Brisbane Quarter

Brisbane Quarter is blooming this September, with a striking new installation, limited-edition dining experiences and plenty of pink-inspired treats arriving in celebration of Brisbane Festival 2026! 

Taking centre stage from September 2–28 is Sparkbloom, a vibrant installation inspired by the explosive energy of fireworks and the unmistakable silhouette of Brisbane’s iconic palm trees.

Located within the Brisbane Quarter atrium, the free installation transforms the city precinct into a sea of pink, inviting festival-goers to stop by, snap a photo and soak up the festive atmosphere.

Adding to the celebration, Brisbane Quarter’s restaurants are serving up a colourful line-up of themed cocktails, mocktails and sweet treats designed especially for Brisbane Festival.

At Brisbane Phoenix, diners can sip on a sparkling Pink Champagne Margarita, crafted with Piper Heidsieck, Tequila, Triple Sec and lime, or enjoy the refreshing Bubbly Rosie Mocktail, garnished with delicate rose petals. The venue is also serving mushroom dumplings for a pop of pink on the plate.

Annamese is pouring a peachy Pink Sangria, blending Rosé, peach, rose syrup, Trieu King Orange Gin and Cointreau, while Persone is adding a touch of sparkle with its indulgent Glitter Tiramisu, a glamorous twist on the beloved Italian dessert.

Over at Phat Boy, the classic Thai favourite Nom Yen – a vibrant pink milk drink made with fragrant sala syrup and creamy milk - offers a refreshing festival-inspired sip.
