Supanova Comic Con & Gaming 2026

Dust off your costumes! Supanova Comic Con & Gaming is returning to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from November 6–8, bringing three huge days of celebrity guests, cosplay, gaming, comics, anime, collectables and all things pop culture to Brisbane.

Leading the star-studded line-up are Lord of the Rings favourites Sean Astin, Bruce Hopkins, Jed Brophy, Stephen Hunter and Graham McTavish, giving Middle-earth fans plenty of opportunities to meet stars from the beloved fantasy franchise.

The Fellowship is growing, with Kiran Shah and Shane Rangi also joining the line-up. Shah was the body double and stunt performer for Elijah Wood throughout The Lord of the Rings trilogy, while Rangi is best known to LOTR fans for playing the Witch-king, alongside roles in The Chronicles of Narnia and The Hobbit trilogy.

Sci-fi fans can get their geek on with Alan Tudyk (Firefly), Sara Tomko (Resident Alien) and Anson Mount (Star Trek), while cult film fans can meet Christopher Lambert, best known for his iconic role in Highlander.

Brisbane fans can also look forward to the return of Bob Morley, best known as Bellamy Blake in The 100. Joining him are homegrown stars Matt Doran (The Matrix, Star Wars) and John Jarratt (Wolf Creek, What About Sal?), adding even more big names to the Brisbane line-up.

There's plenty for animation, gaming and comic fans too, with guests from The Amazing Digital Circus, X-Men '97 and Hitman, plus celebrity tabletop role-playing group The Scoundrolls.

And if you're a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan, there's a particularly big name on the guest list, with co-creator Kevin Eastman heading to Brisbane.

For students and aspiring creatives, Friday's Level Up program offers a dedicated day focused on careers in technology, gaming, coding and the creative industries, with panels, workshops and hands-on experiences.

Beyond the celebrity line-up, Supanova is three days of cosplay, gaming, shopping, celebrity panels, photo opportunities and activities for fans of all ages. Whether you're dressing up as your favourite character, hunting down collectables, meeting your favourite stars or simply keen to soak up the pop culture atmosphere, there's plenty to see and do across the weekend.
