Queensland Fringe Festival

Updated: Jul 22, 2026

Anthony Healy, the acclaimed chef, adventurer and founder of Rogue Chef, joins Queensland Fringe as the festival's inaugural Chef in Residence.

Renowned for taking chef-quality cooking beyond the kitchen, Healy has built a reputation for creating unforgettable food experiences in some of Australia's most remote and spectacular locations.

As Chef in Residence, Anthony will present an exclusive season of limited-edition dishes, creative collaborations and immersive dining experiences inspired by the landscapes, produce and communities of regional Queensland. Expect bold flavours, playful creativity and meals that blur the line between food, art and performance.

From campfire feasts to festival tables, every culinary experience has been created exclusively for Queensland Fringe 2026. It's a celebration of great food, local stories and adventure.
