Milton House Spring Social

Milton House Spring Social is a four weekend pop-up bar set to transform historic Milton House's lawn into a festival of spring and an oasis of drinks, food, music, and good times, from October 10 - November 2.

Running from Friday through Sunday, Milton House Spring Social invites locals and visitors alike to sit back in the afternoon sun and celebrate the season with local beer, wine, cocktails, and food, all set against the backdrop of one of Brisbane’s oldest heritage homes. 

Guests can settle in amongst the lush gardens and jacarandas in magnificent bloom or at the tables set across the lawn and enjoy drinks from Archer Brewing and Ballandean Estate Wines and delicious bites from Brisbane food trucks.

Local drinks on tap include Archer Brewing’s 100% Australian beers, ginger beer, and cider and there's also a selection of Ballandean Estate wines. Rotating food trucks will showcase fresh local flavours every weekend and live music by Brisbane musicians will set the springtime soundtrack.

“We created Milton House Spring Social to introduce Brisbane to some local producers and bring people into a part of the city they’ve probably never seen, the beautiful lawn of Milton House which overlooks the city and the Brisbane River,” says Lucy Martin, organiser of the event. “It’s all about celebrating the best of spring: sunshine, flowers, good food, good drinks, and great company!"
