The Wheat House is a unique Asian bakery in Runcorn where customers have been queuing to get their hands on one of the bakery's Insta-worthy cubed croissants.

The colourful little pastry cubes are filled with yummy custard in a variety of flavours, ranging from classics like caramel, chocolate and strawberry to Asian-influenced flavours such as matcha and taro.

There's also a selection of traditional croissants in flavours like almond, ham and cheese, pork floss and taro, or black sesame.

Other savoury treats include slices of freshly baked bread (toast) topped with tuna and cheese or corn and cheese.

You can also pick up a loaf of cubed bread with white, milk bread, coconut and taro loaves all on offer. 

Dine-in with a few tables and chairs provided inside and outside, or take-away.
