Bite My Biscuit

Geebung

Bite My Biscuit is a tiny biscuit bakery in a small Geebung shopping strip, where pastry chef and artisan baker, Paul Edwards creates a temping range of his specialty shortbread biscuits.

What makes these buttery treats so special?  The Kiwi baker is convinced it's the New Zealand sourced butter that makes the difference.

The range here includes madeleines, brownies, and a range of shortbread biscuits - be tempted by melting moments, dark chocolate ganache, passionfruit, chocolate chip, pecan, and chocolate coated shortbreads. A crowd favourite is the white chocolate and macadamia shortbread - made extra special by the wet macadamia nuts sourced from the Sunshine Coast.

Paul experiments with flavours to produce extra varieties for the range and produces winning combinations like raspberry white chocolate and mandarin lychee shortbreads. Sample packs include 12 biscuits and give customers the opportunity to taste test six varieties. These rich, bite sized morsels are perfect come cuppa time.

Paul's partner, Annie resides over front of shop and provides customers to the bakery with a warm welcome. Segafredo coffee makes the perfect accompaniment to the melt-in-the-mouth biscuits and both indoor and outdoor seating are provided.

In a nutshell - This is not just another bakery. Do yourself a favour and try Paul's delicate creations, but be warned - they could be very addictive.
