Veuve Clicquot Chalet

Customs House

Veuve Clicquot Chalet is a stunning winter wonderland pop-up bringing a Euro chalet-themed vibe to Customs House terrace from May 14, with brand-new igloos and three new luxe dining offerings.

The beautiful Alpine-themed igloos, flown in from Europe, are styled with winter furs to add a seasonal flair to iconic Customs House, along with unbeatable views of Brisbane River and Story Bridge.

Pair this with plenty of champagne from exquisite champagne house, Veuve Clicquot, alongside an enticing menu, and guests are sure to be feeling very après-ski on those almost chilly Brisbane evenings.

Clicquot Champagne Bar

Once snuggled up under a faux-fur blanket, guests can sip on Veuve Clicquot champagne available by the glass or bottle. The drinks menu will also feature Australian, New Zealand and French wines alongside winter-worthy cocktails like Berries & Bubbles with fresh raspberry, lemon juice, Belvedere Pure and topped with Veuve Clicquot.

Feast on an exclusive snacks and nibbles menu, including the famed Customs House pop-up bar classic: the Moreton Bay bug croissant with lime and dill mayo. Wagyu beef tartare with chiodini mushroom, smoked bone marrow, egg yolk and truffle mayo, baked whole brie and mushroom and gorgonzola croquettes also feature alongside a variety of English, Italian and Australian cheeses.

While walk-ins are welcome at the Veuve Clicquot In The Snow pop-up bar, individual igloos can also be exclusively booked for a luxe winter experience. A minimum spend of $65 per person will apply, with a minimum booking of four required and parties snow-capped at ten. This package will include a glass of Veuve Clicquot, Moreton Bay bug croissant, arancini, duck liver parfait and baked brie.

Dining in the Domes

It’s not just the igloos that have had an upgrade - taking the Euro chalet experience to a whole new level in 2024, indulge in Dining in the Domes - a delectable share-style dinner menu. Featuring three courses, including handmade Vannella burrata, Abrolhos Island scallops with creamed leek and bottarga, imperial blossom Wagyu rib fillet, hand-rolled gnocchi, all topped off with Valrhona Fondue Duo - available Tuesday to Thursday, for $150 per person for parties of two to six people.

Clicquot Chalet Winter High Tea

Ever wanted to experience a luxe slope-style high tea? Well, now you can thanks to the enchanting Clicquot Chalet Winter High Tea, with a selection of savoury canapes, freshly baked scones and an array of petit fours, whilst sipping on a glass of Veuve Clicquot and steaming French tea - available Tuesday to Thursday, for $100 per person for parties of two to six people.
