The Garden Pantry is a super-cool shipping container laneway located within West End’s exciting dining precinct West Village.
Overlooking The Common, a shared green space with lush gardens, secret sitting nooks and quirky statutes, and set against the historic back-drop of iconic Peters Ice Cream Factory, The Garden Pantry features three of Brisbane’s best casual dining experiences.
Mr Bunz brings flavours of the East to the heart of West End with four signature bao buns - hand-made, soft steamed buns filled with delicious crispy chicken, crackling pork, peking duck or King Brown mushrooms. In addition, Mr Bunz serves a selection of Asian-inspired dishes and dessert baos like their popular pandan bun with coconut jam custard filling.
This Hawaiian-inspired eatery, run by West End locals Sam and Greg Demetriou, serves colourful poke bowls along with their signature tacos, with a focus on fresh, locally-sourced seafood.
SMC, one of Brisbane’s best casual Italian eateries, dishes up authentic Italian fare, from plant-based vegan and vegetarian woodfired pizzas (with cured meats as adds-on) to scrumptious pastas including SMC’s signature cheese wheel pasta. Fresh coffee is roasted on-site daily by their new business, The Laneway Coffee Roasters by SMC, while a botanical cocktail bar features some of the best cocktails in Brisbane.
