The Ultimate BBQ Masterclass with Gorden Tallis

Master the art of barbecue at the Regatta Hotel's Ultimate BBQ Masterclass with Gorden Tallis, hosted by Gorden Tallis himself, a former rugby league legend, alongside Executive Chef Simon Street, in The Courtyard on Tuesday May 7. 

Join former Broncos star Gorden Tallis for an entertaining evening as he shows off his barbecue flair, joined by Regatta's Executive Chef, Simon Street, who's renowned to cook off a phenomenal dry-aged steak in the Regatta Hotel's Boatshed restaurant.

Attendees will learn how to grill two cuts of meat to perfection and master their side dishes at this interactive and informative barbecue masterclass. In addition, each participant will receive a chef's apron and hat (thanks to Boutique Meats) to look the part and will take home a recipe guide to show off their skills at home.

Following the masterclass, guests will be seated for a scrumptious dinner including a 3-hour drinks package of beer, wine or soft drink.
