Menopause The Musical
Twelfth Night Theatre
Updated: Oct 07, 2026
Brisbane, get ready to turn up the heat! Menopause The Musical is now playing at Brisbane's Twelfth Night Theatre until October 25, bringing its mix of feel good hits, hilarious truths and heartwarming moments back to the stage.
Inspired by a hot flush and a glass (okay, bottle!) of wine, this feel-good musical follows four women who meet while shopping and quickly discover they have plenty in common - from hormonal heatwaves and memory meltdowns to midnight sweats and everything in between.
Set to hilarious parodies of iconic hits from the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s, expect plenty of big musical numbers, belly laughs and familiar tunes, including I Will Survive, Hot Stuff, What’s Love Got to Do With It and We Are Family.
And Brisbane audiences have plenty of reason to get excited. The show holds the title of the longest-running musical ever to play in Brisbane, having built a huge local following since it first arrived in Australia in 2005.
Now, the beloved production is back with a brand-new Australian production, promising another night of uncontrollable laughter, shared experiences and plenty of musical nostalgia.
So whether you're planning a girls' night out, a night with Mum or simply looking for something seriously fun to see on stage, this is one menopause moment Brisbane won't want to miss.
