Wizard Express

All aboard the magical Wizard Express for a spellbinding trip through time and imagination in the vintage carriages of the Mary Valley Rattler, departing Gympie Station on September 12.

The historic train will wind its way through the picturesque Mary Valley, transporting you to the mystical Amamoor Station on an unforgettable three-hour adventure.

Passengers are invited to dress up in theme and prepare to be whisked away by the onboard roaming Wizards, who will weave spells of entertainment and wonder throughout the journey. Along the way you'll also encounter magical characters and interactive entertainment to delight witches, wizards and muggles of all ages.

Pre-paid meals are available for purchase with your ticket, with a choice between a chilled feast of sliced ham, roast chicken, potato salad and coleslaw or a roast vegetable salad bowl. for chilcren there's a ham & cheese sandwich, sweet treat and popper.

Good to know - Those with VIP tickets will be served the meal onboard, as well as a locally sourced cheese platter, while bar facilities are also available onboard.

Need to know - Tickets are available with or without meals. Meals and a bottle of water will be provided at Gympie station for your enjoyment throughout the journey.
