M & A Apartments are a low key minimalist chic hotel alternative in an unbeatable Fortitude Valley location.
On offer are one and two bedroom apartments with on-trend décor, a secret ‘rooftop’ garden and lap pool and guest BBQs, situated atop the popular M&A laneway dining precinct and a 2 minute stroll from James Street.
Reception is tucked away down a side street with no bells and whistles and the common areas have an austere ambience but the apartments are bright, chic, comfy and well-equipped, including a Nespresso machine for that all-important morning coffee.
Book a Skyline (upper level) apartment and you’ll enjoy some stunning panoramic views from the bedroom, lounge and balcony.
Meanwhile downstairs is M&A’s surprising secret – a pedestrian bridge passes over the top of the lane below to an expansive urban garden with a 20m lap pool, sun deck and state of the art BBQ pavilion that nobody but the residents of M&A and those who work in the buildings above would be aware of.
