Mr Bao is a slick contemporary bao bar and Asian restaurant located in the Heritage Lanes precinct of Ann St, Brisbane CBD.

City workers and shopper-in-the-know converge on Mr Bao to get their fix of delicious bao buns and Asian fusion dishes, including rice bowls, salads and stir-fries.

Bao bun fillings include crispy chicken, Peking duck, soft shell crab, braised pork and chicken honey soy and come on servings of two with a side of chips.

Otherwise, the choice of rice bowls includes slow cooked beef brisket, sweet & sour pork and teriyaki or katsu chicken. while stir fries include beef noodle, duck chow mein or lemongrass chicken & cold rice noodles.
