The Parlor is a retro-inspired dessert bar, open daily for hot beverages, milkshakes, smoothies, gelato and desserts at The Glen Hotel, Eight Mile Plains.
With colour popping front, throwback vibes and plenty of seating, the gelato display is a major drawcard here at The Parlor.
On offer, there are 12 scrumptious gelato and sorbet options to choose from. Enjoy classic vanilla bean, fruit sorbets, elevated flavours of tiramisu and sea salt caramel, and an ever-changing flavour of the month. Dietaries needs are taken care of, with dairy & gluten-free and vegan options.
For those that have a sweet tooth, the deluxe shakes with all the toppings are a feast for the eyes. Or maybe a classic dessert with berry accompaniment is what you need?
Choosing from the cake cabinet, there are the time-honoured brownies, sticky date pudding and apple crumble, and specialties such as a warm chocolate lava cake with oozing centre or rotating cakes of the day.
And be sure to sample the Insta-worthy sundaes while you're there.
