When was the last time you took your teddy bear to the theatre? Here's your chance, when Bear With Me comes to Metro Arts from December 7-10, 2022.

Enjoy that warm and fuzzy feeling with your plush pal by inviting your furry friend along to celebrate the 10th anniversary season of the beloved children’s music show, Bear with Me.

Part concert, part drama and part playtime (and un-bear-ably warm-hearted), Bear with Me is playful, ukulele-ful and absolutely made for joining in.

It’s about looking after friends, and being looked after. Sometimes it’s no picnic being a teddy bear but being cherished makes the rougher moments bearable.

Bear With Me Metro Arts

Brisbane ukulele duo Tyrone and Lesley present this highly interactive show that traverses elements of song, dance and comedy to create an ideal introduction to theatre for little ones aged three to six years.

It’s a gentle and family-friendly participatory performance with songs and actions that deepen the bonds between young children and their teddy bear buddies.

Composed and performed by David Megarrity and Samuel Vincent, aka Tyrone and Lesley, the sweet songs will have you buzzing and humming long after you leave!

Good to know - Enjoy the show before bedtime! Come in your PJs for the special Pyjama Party shows on Wed 7 Dec and Sat 10 December (5pm).

Need to know - Bear with Me is recommended for ages 3–6 and their families.
