PARALLEL ROASTERS HAVE PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
Parallel Roasters are roasting smooth, delicious coffee and serving home-baked treats in their Albion based café roastery.
The expansive café is very inviting and minimal, with geometric furniture, navy blue walls and concrete finishings. There are plenty of tables suitable for large and small groups, or just takeaway coffee and eats.
The café has a menu of breakfast favourites like avocado on sourdough and house cornbread. Everything is made fresh, in house – including their baked goods. Their chocolate chip cookie is a must do for a morning pick me up.
The coffee itself is served with a descriptive card, allowing diners to see what blend they have purchased and find out how it is brewed. There will always be two espresso offerings and two batch brew options, as well as a pourover of the day.
Parallel Roasters is big on take home coffees too, with shelves of brew gear on the back wall.
Need to know – Parallel Roasters factory is located in Sumner Park.
Nice to know – It’s right near Albion train station, ideal for the morning commute coffee.
