Hunter & Scout at Graceville curate their menus from the freshest ingredients sourced locally and create their food with attention to detail and creativity.

This former op shop on a leafy corner opposite Graceville train station has been transformed into a stunning Parisian-inspired bistro inside with exposed brick walls and smart, black bentwood chairs. 

Outside a spacious, lush courtyard awaits, along with a private dining space. The all-day menu features breakfast favourites with a twist like Avocado on Seeded Sourdough with heirloom tomatoes, whipped feta, salsa verde & macadamia or the Three Cheese Hash Brown Benedict with wilted spinach, poached eggs & hollandaise, with a choice of bacon, haloumi or salmon. 

Sweet tooths will be satiated with the likes of Buttermilk Hotcakes with brown butter apples, almond crumble & spiced maple butterscotch ice cream, while heartier appetites can tuck into The Hunter with double-smoked bacon, wagyu and maple sausage, roasted tomato & mushrooms, three cheese hash brown, poached eggs & toasted sourdough.

A tantalizing selection of lunch dishes includes their Signature Veggie Bowl with roasted sweet potato, cauliflower, quinoa tabbouleh, toasted seeds, plumped raisins and whipped garlic tahini. Also on offer is Miso Glazed Salmon with soba noodles, grilled broccolini, edamame, avocado, lime & chilli dressing or Pan Fried Gnocchi with braised short rib ragu, smoked butter and pecorino cheese.

Choose beverages from a wide range of coffees and teas, or fresh juices like Green Detox, Bloody Mary or Lychee Mojito. Smoothies include Banana Bender, Bitta-Bang and Berrylicious, while milkshakes range from classic vanilla malt, strawberries & cream or chocolate Oreo cookie, all served with decadent whipped cream.
