Redbank

Updated: Jun 15, 2020

Redbank Plains Recreation Reserve is an attractive state of the art twin playground and leisure reserve that has something for everyone from littlies to teens.

Gum trees and poincianas provide shade, there are picnic shelters, BBQ facilities, an off street car park and wide grassy expanses to kick a ball as well as a skate park and a path for learner bike riders.

Two playgrounds cater for the young ones and older kids, with the latter one of the better play areas around for tweens and teens.

A 3-storey climbing tower in the centre has 2 giant slide tubes leading from the top – one straight and one twisty.

Meantime the young ones’ playground has colourful connected forts, slides and swings.

Lastly, between the two play areas is an ornate rotunda for live park performances.
