Bluey's Big Play

Wackadoo! Bluey, Bingo, Mum and Dad are heading back to Brisbane, with Bluey’s Big Play The Stage Show taking over QPAC’s Glasshouse Theatre from January 13 to 24, 2027.

After entertaining more than two million fans across the globe, from the UK and Ireland to the US, Europe and beyond, the smash-hit live production is returning to Australia for another round of Heeler family fun.

Bringing the Emmy® award-winning television series to life, the 45-minute theatrical adventure features beautifully crafted puppets, plenty of music and all the imagination, humour and heart that have made Bluey a household favourite.

When Dad feels like a little bit of time out, Bluey and Bingo have other plans! Join them as they pull out all of the games and cleverness at their disposal to get Dad off that bean bag.

Written by Bluey creator Joe Brumm, with original music by composer Joff Bush, the production also features the iconic voices of Melanie Zanetti as Mum (Chilli) and David McCormack as Dad (Bandit).

And while the show has wowed audiences internationally, it’s a particularly special homecoming for Brisbane families. The production will be staged in QPAC’s spectacular new Glasshouse Theatre, with familiar Brisbane landmarks, including South Bank and the Wheel, visible through the venue’s rippled glass foyer.

Whether your little ones are devoted Bluey fans or you’re looking for a memorable school holiday outing, this heart-warming show promises 45 minutes of giggles, games and family fun.
