Eat at Billy's is a gourmet sandwich outlet of Meat at Billy's, located right next door to their popular butcher shop in Rosalie Village.

The outlet, which serves sandwiches to grab'n'go, has no table service or cutlery (sandwiches must be ordered at the window), just a small menu of juicy meat-based sandwiches on thick cut white bread and sides.

Sandwiches include the likes of 'Not a F8$&en Reuben' (wood-smoked wagyu brisket pastrami with red cheddar, pickles & EAB signature sauce) or The Redneck (200g+ double fried free-range chicken tenders with shredded iceberg & EAB confit garlic mayo).

There's also sandwiches such as 'Big Paulie Porchetta' (150g Berkshire pork belly porchetta, crispy crackling, EAB salsa verde, pickled red onions, rocket & EAB confit garlic mayo) or The Butcher (150g Cape Grim grassfed sliced rump steak with caramelised onions, rocket & EAB cheese sauce).

Sides include hot chips, 150g wagyu brisket pastrami or 3 double fried chicken tenders, whilst for drinks there's a choice of Burleigh sodas & juices, still or sparkling water and coke/zero.
