Guided by the seasons and the best local produce, The Greenhouse's modern Australian menu is all about the art of wood-fired and charcoal cooking. Diners are treated to a smoky, flavour-packed line-up that ranges from authentic French rotisserie and wood-fired pizzas to dishes perfected over an open flame.
