SparkLab is an interactive science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) space designed to give kids the chance to ignite their imagination and be a scientist.

While SparkLab is perfect for kids aged 6-13 years old, it is sure to bring out the inner scientist in all ages with fun for the whole family.

Featuring 40 interactive exhibits across three fun-filled zones, guests can take a deep dive into the wonder of science as they play with exhibits, ask questions, test ideas and use imagination to build solutions to various challenges.

See giant sparks of electricity, observe the conditions on other planets, cast coloured shadows, witness live science experiments and discover more about the world around you in this unique space that encourages understanding of the world around us through hands-on exploration and thinking outside the box!

Unleash your inner scientist at SparkLab family tickets are $49 and a family annual pass starts at $106.

Need to know - Sparklab is turning the sound down and reducing visitor numbers to create a calmer, more relaxed experience. These quieter hours are designed to welcome guests on the autism spectrum, and anyone who would benefit from a less busy, lower-sensory environment. A limited number of earmuffs and sensory kits will be available to borrow from the Cloakroom on Level 2. Dates & times - Aug 1 8.15-10am
