International Cake Show Australia (ICSA) returns to Brisbane for 3 huge days from July 31 to August 2, packed full of learning opportunities for anyone with an interest in baking or decorating, regardless of your level of experience. From full day workshops to mini decorating classes, there's something for everyone!

Workshop - Student with teacher
One and Two Day Workshops and Masterclasses

These hands-on, full day workshops are a once in a life time opportunity to receive hands-on training with some of the world's best and are ideal for those wanting to upskill or start their cake or cookie decorating journey. There are classes to suit every interest and experience level. Learn how to make professional fondant cake toppers or create pretty wafer paper flowers, how to master royal iced cookies like a pro, master English Overpiping, or how to hand-paint magnificient photo realistic portraits onto cakes.. If your passion is buttercream, learn how to master a buttercream floral cupcake bouquet, or do a masterclass with the king of buttercream, Camilo Murcia from By.Aletoso Luxury Cakes.

Attendees will be taught step by step, so they are suitable for everyone including beginners. Everything is supplied, so just book, have fun, learn from the professional cake artists, and then take your delicious creation home to impress your friends and family!

Make & Take class
Make and Take 1 Hour Mini Classes

A huge hit every year, these mini classes normally sell out before the show's doors even open! Ideal for those wanting to start their cake or cookie decorating journey, they're suited to everyone including absolute beginners and kids. The reason they sell out every year is that these classes are run at a loss, to give people the opportunity to have hands-on experience and pick up tricks of the trade from professional decorators, many of whom are sugar heroes (the best in the industry).

Everything is provided, you just need to buy your ticket, come along and have fun!

International Cake Show Australia is hosted by the Australian Cake Artists and Decorators Association (ACADA).
