Infinity Planet is a mega purpose-built integrated entertainment city that has been proposed for a 79.15ha site in Elimbah, in the City of Moreton Bay.
Plans have been lodged with Moreton Bay City Council for the $2.6 billion master planned ‘tourism city’ that will incorporate major theme park, cultural venues; three to five star hotels; glamping; experiential retail, innovation precincts, and business hubs.
Precinct 1 (Tourism & Entertainment) will feature an indoor/outdoor theme parks with large scale rides and attractions like the northern Gold Coast, four indoor halls with interactive VR, educational experiences, innovation and marine themes; a South Bank-style water park feature; glamping resort; a global cultural mall (exhibitions, Market Hall, design houses & international brands) a City Hall; landscaped promenades and plazas.
Precinct 2 (Business & Innovation) will be home to Ai and Creative industries; office and research spaces; education and training facilities; tourism innovation; start-up incubation spaces; residential and workforce accommodation and integrated transport.
CEO and Founder Ramin Ahmadi said Infinity Planet would be Australia’s largest purpose-built integrated entertainment city.
“This will be like a permanent world expo on Brisbane’s doorstep,” he said.
Good to know - Infinity Planet will be a car-free zone, with vehicles restricted to external parking areas and visitors encouraged to come and go by train, via Elimbah railway station.
