What’s Poppin is Australia’s first dirty soda shop, bringing the viral US drink trend to Fortitude Valley. 

What is a dirty soda you may ask? It is essentially a dessert-style twist on your favourite soda - think crisp soft drink mixed with flavoured syrups, cream and extras like fruit purée.

Tucked away in California Lane in Fortitude Valley with bright blue tiles and pink decor, its vibe bursts with nostalgia and fun. You can choose from a range of full fat or sugar free sodas, whether it be Coke, Sprite, sparkling water, still water or energy drinks.

Some menu highlights include their 'Peaches' soda - made on Coke with pineapple, peach puree, fresh lime and coconut cream and their 'Ocean' soda - made with Blue Curacao, passionfruit and coconut creamer. 

There is a range of street parking available and while there is limited seating inside, California Lane is a beautiful place to have a stroll down with your crisp dirty soda.
