Marble Korean Steakhouse

Hamilton

Updated: Mar 03, 2026

Marble Korean Steakhouse has introduced Brisbane diners to a bold and elevated take on Korean BBQ at Portside Wharf, Hamilton.

This isn’t your average grill—it’s BBQ with intention, elegance, and a modern steakhouse twist. Marble invites guests into an immersive dining experience that combines the deep, smoky flavours of Seoul with the finesse of high-end grilling.

From cutting-edge smokeless grills imported from Japan to perfectly-paired wine flights, every element at Marble is designed to impress. The space offers a sleek, industrial-inspired interior, moody lighting, a cocktail bar with edge and music that hums with energy—setting the tone for a vibrant night out.

The menu draws from traditional Korean roots while offering a contemporary flair—think pristine cuts of meat, seasonal pickled vegetables and a wine flight program designed to take the guesswork out of the perfect pairing.

Guests can also expect hands-on service from dedicated staff who assist with grilling at the table, ensuring every bite is cooked to perfection.

The wine flight program is a carefully curated selection of 75ml wine pairings matched to each cut of meat, taking the guesswork out of the perfect pour.

“We’ve reimagined the Korean BBQ experience for a modern audience,” said co-founder Vanessa Devine, who runs Marble alongside her chef-husband Simon Kang, a culinary expert trained in Korea’s most demanding kitchens.

“Rather than the usual thin cuts and DIY cooking, we guide diners through premium selections of high-grade meats, paired with vibrant side dishes and housemade sauces. It’s about indulgence, discovery, and confidence at the grill,” added Mr Kang.
