Dadam Korean BBQ

Dadam is a slick contemporary Korean BBQ restaurant located in Springfield Central, the first and only Korean BBQ in the westside suburb.

Of course the signature is the Korean BBQ, with cooking facilities set up at all tables, while a selection of other a la carte offerings includes bibimbap, wagyu bulgogi, spicy pork or beef galbi (ribs), soups and noodle dishes.

A choice of BBQ wagyu beef includes oyster blade, chuck tail flap, marinated rib finger and cube roll; while BBQ pork includes marinated sliced pork, jowl, collar or pork belly. There's also the option of sets (mainated meats, wagyu, pork or combo).

Meanwhile entrees include wagyu tartare; kimchi, potato or prawn & chives pancake; prawn steamed egg; grilled wagyu short rib patties; or loaded kimchi fries. And a tasty selection of hot stone bibimpap includes mushroom & tofu, kimchi & flying fish roe; raw wagyu; or wagyu bulgogi.

From the drinks menu there's Korean cocktails to share, including Honeycomb Creamy Makgeolli (dairy, makgeolli & honeycomb); Paradise Punch Cocktail (mixed berries, soju & tonic water); or Mojito Twist Cocktail (mint, lime, soju and soda water).

Other drinks include Korean beer, fruit beer (pineapple or yuzu); original or flavoured soju, a small selection of spirits and wine; and non-alcoholic drinks including blue lemonade and Yuzu Ade, Korean pear juice and iced tea.
