Embargo's On Chapel

Embargo's On Chapel is a colorful Cuban-style bunker cafe that is one of Nundah's longtime treasures.

Setting the scene, cigar smoking Fidel Castro and Cuban street scenes cover the walls, while wicker armchairs provide the seating to match.

Aside from being Brisbane's first Clandestino coffee house (an offshoot of the highly popular Clandestino Roasters at Noosaville), Embargo's On Chapel also serve Clandestino organic teas, matcha, cold pressed juices, kombucha, iced chocolate, iced coffee, home made lemonade and Nitro coffee on tap.

They serve sandwiches, muffins, biscuits, fudge and desserts including plenty of gluten free and vegan options, for those seeking a little post-lunch treat.

In A Nutshell: Great organic coffee and snacks served with a twist of Cuba.

Need to know: Street parking is available along Chapel Street, which runs off Sandgate Road
