Interior of Baladi Trailer

Set right in the middle of the Brisbane Corso parkland, the Baladi Trailer’s double-decker bus lets you take your coffee upstairs, where you can sit among the greenery and enjoy a quiet moment in the heart of Brisbane. The bus has been thoughtfully restored, complete with vintage-style booths on the upper level. It’s a comfortable, quiet space that’s great for enjoying your coffee.

Savoury Rolls at the Baladi Trailer

On board you'll find a delicious selection of savoury rolls, made with flaky puff pastry and filled with fresh, flavour-packed ingredients. A local favourite is their classic sausage roll, beloved for its golden, buttery pastry and hearty, well-seasoned filling.

Apple Crumble Bread at Baladi Trailer

Another delicious offering is the apple crumble slice, made with tender, spiced apples and served with warm butter. It’s a heavenly, homemade-style treat that's the perfect addition to your morning coffee.

Coffee at the Baladi Trailer

The Baladi Trailer also serves carefully brewed coffee alongside a selection of wholesome treats, including their popular gluten-free protein balls. Packed with flavour and energy, these bites are a perfect companion to your coffee or a quick pick-me-up if you're on the go.

Sweet Pastries at Baladi Trailer

And that's not all! Here you'll find some of Brisbane’s best croissants, from warm, pain au chocolat to flaky almond croissants. Perfectly baked and buttery, they’re ideal for enjoying on their own or dipping into your coffee for an extra indulgent treat.

Dips at Baladi Trailer

The Baladi Trailer folk also do catering, featuring a range of freshly made dips that can be tailored to be both vegan and gluten-free. As a local Brisbane business, they provide flavour-packed options that make any gathering or event extra special.
