Salisbury

Updated: Oct 01, 2026

Jing-Si Books & Cafe is a hidden gem of a unique plant-based cafe, bookshop and community hub tucked away in Salisbury.

Seating in window at Jing-Si Books & Cafe

Designed as a peaceful suburban retreat from busy daily lives. Jing-Si is a great place to hang out and partake in delicious vegan meals such as Dumpling Soup, house signature J.S. Rice Bowl (seasonal salad, grilled tofu & rice); Bagel Delight (served with seasonal vegetables and signature dressing); or Pastry with salad.

Along with coffee, hot chocolate and green teas, the signature drink here is the unique selection of lattes, including turmeric, black sesame, multi-grain, black rice, and Hojicha (Japanese green tea).
