Kai Aroha (food made with love) is a strong contender for the best hangi to be found in Brisbane and beyond.
The food served from this small counter in Goodna is filled with the authentic flavors of New Zealand and is not to be missed.
Seafood chowder (mussels, crabmeat, prawns), traditional hangi (pork, lamb, chicken, cabbage, potato, sweet potato and pumpkin with fry bread), steak sandwiches, Hoki fish rolls, chicken burgers and beef nachos are some of the specialties on the menu.
Kai Aroha also serve coffee, milkshakes and a range of New Zealand-inspired sweet treats (steam pudding, banoffee pie).

In a nutshell - Authentic food with a Kiwi twist and a takeaway hangi which is well-worth driving for.
