Ballistic Alehouse & Kitchen

West End

Updated: Mar 04, 2024

BALLISTIC ALEHOUSE & KITCHEN HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Ballistic Alehouse & Kitchen is a sibling for Salisbury brewery Ballistic Beer Co, located on a leafy street in West End and providing award-winning craft beers and a top-notch food menu to match.

Replacing Pour Choices, this new neighbourhood bar and eatery features half a dozen Ballistic brews on tap plus a rotating guest beer.  Besides beer, there are boilermakers (like Dirty Word lager and Tromba Tequila), bespoke G&T’s (such as Plum of Qld with Kalki Moon gin, plum, sage and lemon juice) and a small curated wine list.

The food menu, crafted to complement Ballistic’s beer, ranges from bar bites (such as marinated olives) and light eats (like lamb koftas, rice paper rolls and salt and pepper squid) to juicy burgers.  Try the Ballistic wagyu beef burger, buttermilk chicken burger or spicy black bean burger.

Nice to know – Patrons can bring their pooch along; this West End watering hole is dog-friendly.
