The Art Of Fine Chocolate
Chocolate boutique The Art of Fine Chocolate has two claims to fame – one being that it is the only Belgian chocolatier in town and the other its owner Gerrard Gosens – blind paralympian, adventurer, dancer with the stars and all round inspiration to young people.
All chocolates are handmade in house, with specialties the truffles (chocolate mousse, wild cherry , hazelnut and coconut), chocolate shots – cherry brandy or Kahlua and the fudge which is unlike any other.
As well as operating another shop World of Chocolates in the Myer Centre Gerrard has branched out into a specialist chocolate cooking school at Kangaroo Point so that other may learn the art of fine chocolate.
