Brisbane Cbd

Dello Mano is an exquisite, European style brownie boutique and artisan dessert café tucked away in the Wintergarden in Brisbane City.

An absolute must-visit if in the city, everything is hand-made from scratch and ingredients sourced locally. This small, family-run business has made it big on the world stage, too, selling its famous brownies to celebrities, pollies and dignitaries worldwide.

Here in the city outlet you’ll find all manner of delectable flavoured brownies – think coconut and lime, ginger and orange, honey macadamia and peanut butter as well as the Luxury Classic, Gluten-Free Classic and Dello Mano’s first Vegan Brownie.

Along with the bounty of brownies, another counter is packed with sweet brownie-based delights such as Chocolate Ganache Tart, Black Forest Cake, Rum and Raisin, Gluten-free Hazelnut Mousse Torte and Mahogany Velvet Cake, as well as Raspberry Pistachio Shortcake and Golden Gaytime Mudcake. There’s also a small dessert menu with irresistible items such as a Brownie Bowl (hot brownie of any flavour with home-made hot fudge sauce and scoop of ice-cream), Brownie Sandwiches or Brownie Affogato (chocolate caramel brownie with shot of espresso).

Not just a place to dine in and indulge, Dello Mano has all manner of gourmet products to take away too, such as cookies (Belgian Chocolate Chip Shortbread, Passionfruit Melting Moments and Caramelized Oat Cookies), artisan granola (Dark Belgian Chocolate or Fig and Almond) Dark, Milk or White Chocolate Rocky Road and even their own to-die-for jams – Spiced Pear and Chocolate or Raspberry and White Chocolate.

And, to accompany all of that sweet indulgence, Dello Mano also does a great coffee, made from their own roasted blend from Di Bella.
