Discover the wonderful world of handmade glass art at the 2023 Creative Glass Showcase, on Saturday and Sunday, 7 October 10am to 4pm and 8 October 10am to 3pm, at the Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens Auditorium.

Visitors will have the opportunity to watch live demonstrations of various glass making techniques, talk to local glass artists and tutors about their work, and wander through the beautiful art that is for sale.

There will be something for everyone, from small and large pieces, glass garden art, decorative and functional, and universally stunning.

If all of that inspires you and unleashes your creative spirit, the Creative Glass Guild of Queensland can help you with courses and workshops in Beadmaking, Fusing and Slumping, Kiln Carving, Contemporary and Traditional Glass Painting and Decorating, Leadlighting and Copperfoiling, Mosaics and Sand Engraving.

Tickets to the Creative Glass Showcase on October 7 & 8, 2023 at Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens Auditorium are $5 per adult, and children under 12 are free.
