Bacchus Restaurant is bringing John Duval Wines to Brisbane on Thursday, June 20 for A Winemakers Dinner.

Join Tim Duval to celebrate the estates’ next chapter and the flavours of the Barossa at this special event.

Guests will experience stunning wines alongside perfectly paired dishes created by Bacchus Chef de Cuisine Manuele Erriu.

The carefully crafted menu includes a selection of small bites - Garlic Focaccia, Rosemary Cured Salmon with Crème Fraîche and Chives, and Garibaldi Sphere with Campari-Orange - plus divine dishes such as Grilled Octopus, Pumpkin Risotto, and Rack of Lamb paired with John Duval wines. Then be treated to Chef's selection of cheese, served along with Petit Fours.

Need to know - John Duval is one of the world's best known winemakers, coming from a family that boasts four generations of South Australian vignerons. After 28 years with Penfolds, including 16 years as Chief Winemaker, John has created these stunning wines under the John Duval Wines label.
