Goodna Jacaranda Festival returns for another purple-hued weekend of fun, food and entertainment surrounded by glorious jacarandas in full bloom, from October 23-24.
Located in Evan Marginson Park, where the nearby street was planted with jacarandas duning the Great Depression, the Goodna Jacaranda Festival has been held annually since 1982.
Throughout each day of the festival there's ongoing live entertainment, including talent quests, Battle of the Bands, school choir and Bands competitions as well as local performers.
There's also a Side Show Alley with a mega lineup of rides and amusements for the whole family, including show bags to take home.
A range of delicious food is available from market stalls and food trucks and on both Friday and Saturday nights at 9.30pm there's a spectacular fireworks show.
