Freshtival is a festival of fresh flavours with a focus on locally and internationally sourced seafood, happening across restaurants at heritage-listed Treasury Brisbane from April 18 to May 31.

Running through-out Easter and including Mother's Day, guests can go cray-cray for lobster, splash out on special dining offers and experience exclusive ticketed events.   

Luke Nguyen’s Fat Noodle is celebrating with a sumptuous seafood banquet for two including scallop dumplings, fresh oysters with nam jim dressing, duck and crab fried rice and whole barramundi served with green paw paw salad.

Ryan’s on The Park is getting into the festive spirit with a delectable tempura seafood platter piled with prawns, soft shell crab, flathead, and salt and pepper squid.

Alternatively, guests can enjoy a delicious seafood basket from BITE, found on the ground floor of Treasury Casino, or grab a scrumptious prawn or crab roll at Treasury's bespoke pop-up on the Casino's main gaming floor. 

For something truly special, diners should visit Black Hide by Gambaro where they will experience exceptional seafood dishes matched with exquisite wines. Indulge in rich, buttery Moreton Bay bugs paired with a crisp Heirloom chardonnay or treat yourself to perfectly grilled Hervey Bay scallops with a glass of Tiefenbrunner pinot grigio.
