Bundamba

All aboard the vintage Picnic Train for a Sunday jaunt departing from historic Swanbank's charming refurbished station. 

Passengers will travel in heritage timber carriages hauled by diesel locomotive 1616 on the one hour return trip, which passes through bushland and mining scenery including the Box Flat mining disaster site.

On arrival at Racecourse there's a quick turnaround before trundling back to Swanbank past paddocks of horses and quaint miners cottages.
