As for the owners of Dave’s Wine Revival, they aren’t just art lovers - they’re artists themselves. The space is lined with stunning artworks, many of which are featured on their own wine labels. They often host exhibition nights where you can enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the art on display.
Looking for a wine with a story? The founder of Dave’s Wine Revival has spent the past 25 years crafting his own wines. In 2017, while making Grenache in a shipping container just west of Ipswich, a gust of wind slammed the door shut, trapping him inside with rising CO₂ from the fermenting wine. Paradoxically, after this terrifying ordeal, the wine he produced was exceptional - earning the name "The Death Box."
It’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a glass, and learn more about the craft and character of some of Australia's finest local wines.
