Wake Me Up Espresso

Slacks Creek

Wake Me Up Espresso is a cosy Slacks Creek café and lounge where locals go for excellent espresso and Chilean-born chef/owner Tommy’s tasty toasties.

Found in the heart of Logan on Kingston Road in Slacks Creek, Wake Me Up has a cool, community vibe with an elongated communal table, comfy recycled armchairs and sofas, and musical instruments on hand – piano, accordion and guitars – for the café’s regular Sunday jam sessions.

Coffee on pour is locally roasted Delamauta Handcrafted Coffee while tea is T2. Open daily, brunch is served from 7am til 1pm and includes muesli with milk and seasonal fruit, bacon and eggs, pancakes with banana, blueberries and ice-cream, and the highly-recommended Spanish omelette with chorizo, mushrooms, baby spinach, tomato and ciabatta slices served with salsa home made by Tommy’s mother.
