One of the Barons of Barossa Valley, Grant Burge, is coming to Customs House for one night in May to host a spectacular 5-course dinner accompanied by a selection of his outstanding wines.

Foodies and wine buffs will not want to miss this opportunity to engage with one of Australia’s leading wine-makers and sip on top wines paired with some of the city’s finest chef-prepared food in the stunning heritage building with sweeping vistas of the lit-up Story Bridge.

The carefully crafted menu will include Tempura Oyster Nori, Citrus Cured Kingfish with grapefruit and radish, Duck Breast with Beetroot Puree, Eyefillet with oxtail, spinach puree and crispy potatoes and Manchego with honey and coffee, with accompanying wines of Blanc de Noirs, 2015 ‘Thorn’ Riesling Eden Valley, 2012 ‘The Holy Trinity’ Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre, 2009 Meshach and 2012 'Corryton Park’ Cabernet Sauvignon.
