Welcome in 2023 on the rooftop at Hibiscus Room's Sail Away New Year's Eve Party on Saturday, December 31, 2022.

Party it up on Hibiscus Room's rooftop terrace with a fabulous 4-hour beverage package, pop-up spritz bar, food stations, roving canapés, live music, photo booth and more.

Guests will indulge in a delicious selection of hot and cold canapés including fresh sushi, gin cured salmon, vol au vents, wild mushroom arancini and more, along with substantial snacks such as karaage chicken and wagyu beef sliders.

Plus, there'll be a BBQ Station dishing up mouthwatering barbecue fare, a Grazing Station offering an array of cold meats and cheeses, pickled vegetables, crackers and condiments, and delectable desserts. 

Then, as the clock strikes midnight, Hibiscus Room will be pouring Taittinger Champagne to toast in the new year.
