Be transported to fifteenth-century Transylvania as Queensland Ballet presents the ultimate gothic tale, Dracula at Lyric Theatre, QPAC from November 24 to December 4, 2021.

Inspired by Stoker’s famous bloody-thirsty tale, Queensland Ballet’s Dracula is a modern interpretation of this gothic love story, as the love-tortured vampire pursues Mina, who the Count believes to be the reincarnation of his dead wife, Elizabeth.

Internationally acclaimed Choreographer Krzystof Pastor created this ballet to the atmospheric score by Wojciech Kilar, originally composed for Francis Ford Coppola’s 1992 cult film Bram Stoker’s Dracula.

Dracula will seduce audiences with stunning choreography, mesmerising sets and costumes, and a dramatic cinematic soundtrack played live by Camerata, Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra.

Need to know - Great seats are still available for first performances. Adult, concession, under 30 and group pricing available.

This truly is, ballet to die for!
