DAPPLE + WAVER HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED DUE TO THE POST-FLOOD DEMOLITION OF TOOMBUL SHOPPING CENTRE.

Dapple + Waver is a cool, contemporary bar, kitchen and cafe, brought to UPSTAIRS at Toombul dining and entertainment precinct by the folks behind Coorparoo's popular local, Beyond the Pale.

Just like its eastern suburbs sibling, Dapple + Waver is UPSTAIRS at Toombul's inviting and reliable go-to for everything from gourmet breakfast to creative cocktails.

On weekends you can start the day with a delicious breakfast such as Smashed Avo with pistachio za’atar, finger lime, pomegranate gel and Persian feta on sourdough; Brekki Ragout (24 hour braised brisket with potato purée, poached eggs & grana parmigiano on sourdough or Roast Mushrooms & Poached Eggs (crème fraiche, sautéed mushroom in garlic & thyme with caramelised onion on rye bread).

For lunch or dinner (served daily) diners can chose from dishes such as Black Angus Eye Fillet (200g), fish and chips, Crab Pasta and Fish Tacos as well as beef, crispy chicken or vegan burgers. There are also fresh tasty salads and a special kids menu with the option to add an activity pack for just $2.

Meanwhile you can graze all day on tasty snacks such as Salt Bush Lamb Meatballs, Szechuan Peppered Squid, Spicy Kung Pao Cauliflower or Popcorn Chicken as well as pizzas (margherita, pepperoni, prawn or mushroom) and chicken wings with a choice of house-made sauces. 

Beer lovers will find plenty to love at Dapple + Waver, with 18 local craft beers on tap, while cocktail fans are spoilt for choice with a cocktail list that includes Lychee Martini, Pink Gin Fizz, Passionfruit Mojito, Whisky Sour and Long Island Iced Tea. And there's also an impressive curated wine list.
