Enjoy an indulgent high tea in The Matriarch Garden, which will be festooned with spring floral this Melbourne Cup Day.

Punters can take their pick from Caviar & High Tea ($99pp) or Champagne & High Tea ($59pp), whilst being serenaded by a live acoustic musician, before watching the race that stops the nation on the big screen.

Both packages include a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival, followed by house-made scones with jam and cream, pastries, mini assorted rolls, brie-filled croissant, cheese & onion twist, macaroons, donut, mini St Michel madeleines, strawberry slices, almondines, raspberry cheesecake, opera cake, chocolate squares & crumble and a selection of financiers. The caviar package also includes 10g/2 person Ars Italica Oscietra Caviar served with blinis.

Good to know - There's also a sweep stake and lucky door prize for best hat piece.
