Popera on the Hill

Picnic Hill, Redcliffe

Popera on the Hill is fabulous celebration of music featuring four renowned singers performing contemporary pop, opera, and Broadway hits in an intimate, outdoor concert at Picnic Hill in Redcliffe on Saturday, September 7.

Pack a picnic blanket for this enchanted evening under the stars and experience the excitement, passion, and romance of the Popera Classics Collection. You'll hear contemporary tunes like The Prayer, You Raise Me Up, Il Mio Cuore Va (My Heart Will Go On), Nella Fantasia and Senza Catene (Unchained Melody), culminating in a moving homage to the late great Luciano Pavarotti.

Operatic treats include soaring arias such as Amigos para Siempre, Libiamo Nel Caliti, Un Bel Di, Granada, La Donna e Mobile, O Sole Mio, and many more.

In addition, music lovers will be delighted with songs from some of Broadway's biggest musicals including Les Miserables, West Side Story, and a stunning tribute to the world’s longest running musical The Phantom of the Opera.

This magical, musical journey is guaranteed to awaken the senses and touch the soul.
