Salt Meats Cheese are bringing their hugely popular pizza making and cocktail classes to Brisbane. Designed and run by authentic Italian pizza makers and mixologists, these hands on classes will show you how to make traditional Italian pizzas and classic Negroni cocktails, at SMC's stunning South Brisbane eatery on weekends in June. 

Pizza Masterclass

Learn how to make the perfect pizza from scratch, from stretching the dough by hand to topping it like a pro. Then kick back with a glass of wine or beer in hand and savour your very own pizza creation fresh from the oven. This fantastic two hour class includes lesson, recipe card, piping hot pizza and a glass of wine or beer.

Cocktail Masterclass 

This hands on cocktail class is for anyone who enjoys a quality tipple. Learn the basics of cocktail making, equipment and garnishes as you craft the perfect Espresso Martini and Negroni. SMC's resident mixologist will share the history and backstories of these two iconic cocktails along with tips and tricks and prizes awarded to the most inspired bartender on the day. As well as sipping these delicious concoctions, attendees will enjoy classic Italian pizza. Plus receive 20% off your food bill if you decide to stay and dine with Salt Meats Cheese.
